On a recent trip to LA, I stopped by with my dear friend Todd Jackson for the opening of the new Malin+ Goetz store on Larchmount.
I was greeted by Andrew Goetz, who showed us around their fabulous new store. The new outpost carries their entire line for face, body, hair, as well as candles. The products are displayed perfectly along both walls, as well on a early 19thcentury wood table that Andrew and his partner Mathew Malin picked up near their weekend home in upstate New York.
Some of my top picks are their candles, which come in scents like Mojito, Cannabis, Rose, and Dark Rum. They are so delicious, and often my choice for a hostess gift. They have just come out with smaller versions of ...

We love - really love - the loomed blankets from Brahms Mount. Our Spring arrivals are incredibly beautiful and we are greatly impressed by this small Maine mill! These blankets are so comfortable to sleep under. Who wouldn't love one?
Brahms Mount is the only mill left in the U.S. that still weaves linen and this kind of heritage philosopy is near and dear to our own beliefs. In this age of disposable products, these blankets and throws are made by artisans, are heirloom quality and amazingly comfortable to sleep under. You use them for years and they just get better and better and softer and softer.
